This project on Jersey Road was originally to renovate the internals of this Woollahra terrace to add back some orignal fetaure that had been removed in a early 90s renovation that we later found out was likely the result in a repair from extensive fire damage. On our first walk through the home, we noticed an underused store area above the garage, which if extended could provide a guest bedroom/ home office. This allowed us to retain the existing footprint and still add amenties to the property. There was also a large bathroom we where able to split into a full bathroom with tub and a small Ensuite access from a secondary master. Therefore adding an extra Bedroom and Ensuite with WIR to the exsiting specification.
