Broughton Street

This project is for works at the rear of this Paddington Terrace. The works are for a new two car garage to replace an existing single car space hard stand parking area that had an old fence and gate that needed repair.

The design is intended to maximise the useable space, with the addition of windows and a glass door to the internal side, we have been allowed for the space to be used during parties or as a workshop/ art studio as connects up to the existing rear trace.

My office was instructed to take the approved plans through the CC and now Construction phase of this project. The project is currently under construction and is on track to be completed in the estimated timeframe.
