We work closely with Clients to develope a Concept Design that we can use to prepare a set of Documents for Approvals via the most suitable method at the time.

We take our compliant design we developed through the Concept phase and prepre documentaion required for Certification.

We take the design we developed during the Concept phase and prepare the relevant documentation and consulatant reports for an appliation to the relevant Authorities (Council).

We are registered to work on the design of apartment buildings and update existing apartments as a registered Design Practitioner.

We take the plans we developed for the CDC or DA and prepare a detaild Tender Set. This is then used for Detailed Construction Drawings and additional site coordination.

We design Landscapes that are defined by Architectural spaces and elements. We work in collaboration with other Landscape Architects for larger scale projects or for assistance in the planting.

We have designed a number of custom furiture peices to be fabricated to meet uniquely sized spaces.

We photograph our own and others Architects projects for use in Publication & Presentation.
