St John’s Road

This project was for an addition of a street facing dormer window to and existing terrace in a conservation area. The client also wanted to change the roof material to be more in keeping with an original terrace of the period. This was combined with modern amenities such as new operable skylights and an array of PV panels to provide electricity to the home.

Although the scale was small, the process for approvals is very similar. This project required a full set of documentation from a statement of environmental effects to a heritage impact statement.
