Blackwall Point Road

This design was to rethink the existing outdoor spaces, and provide functional areas to meet the requirements of the various stakeholders involved. The owners wanted to planting area to be enhanced as to improve the view from the existing external deck at the rear. We also wanted to include elements of interest as to activate the spaces that where currently under utilised. This involved planning for a covered Spa area as well as a garden shed and covered kennel area at the rear. We also wanted to rethink the frontage, by increasing the width of the driveway, we are now able to open the doors and directly load from the car to the front door. In addition to this the intent is to create a move private area at the front as to allow this space to be utilised.

Although the works are constrained to the landscaped area, we where able to provide a level architectural thought to the spaces and created a series of external rooms with their focus tailored to the various requirements the space was required to provide.
